help please

I got a password script and it everytime i try to use it it says you do not have permission to access this script on this server can any one help me to find out what i'm doing wrong.

Make sure you uploaded in ASCII, and have set the permissions properly.

i uploaded correctly this time so what permissions do i need to have set

It should say in the instruction manual for the script. Usually it is 755.
