Hey all,

How do I put a scrolling window smack in the middle of a webpage. You should be able to scroll it but the rest of the page doesn't move. I hope I am explaining this correctly. An example of what I am taling about it here:

FYI, IFRAMEs also work in Netscaoe 6+. And my HTML site of choice is Index DOT HTML, http://www.blooberry.com/indexdot/html/. It has everything about that tag and every other tag ... including little gliches and Exactly which version of the Major browsers started supporting the tag.
