This is not related to web programming directly.
I have few TTF fonts that I got few years ago. They came with 16bit/win3.1 installer, because of that I'm unable to install them on my WinME system. I need these fonts for one of my projects, and the company has gone out of business. all the files are in filename.tt_ or readme.tx_. It appears that these files have been scrambled some how, and only the installer program is able to unscramble them.
My question is that is there a win3.1 emulator program which will let me run this setup program in WinME, or any other way to unscramble the files without running the installer.
