Is there a i web site that tell how your domian name is doing

Not really. You can use the Unix program "dig" to see if the configuration of the nameservers etc is correct but that's about it. If it's been longer than 72 hours, ask someone you know who's with another isp if they can reach the site (some isp's are slower to update their dns files than others). If they can't, submit a support ticket just to make certain everything was configured correctly.
