Help Desk Software

has anyone used helpdesk sofware that would suggest one for ease of setup, and ease of use for both clients and admin.

There are so many top to bottom and just trying to gather info. and then select one. Thanks.

Perl desk is probably your best option for starting out... I still have a copy of mine somewhere from few years ago when I used it.. I think it costs more today then it did when I first bought it I bought mine for like 49 dollars, I think its almost a 100 now but its fairly simple to use. :)
